Tras el fallo condenatorio de 10 años de cárcel por incumplimiento de deberes y resoluciones contrarias a la Constitución y las leyes en contra de la expresidenta Jeanine Áñez, emitido por el Tribunal Primero de Sentencia Anticorrupción de La Paz en el denominado caso “Golpe de Estado II”, el abogado defensor, Jorge Valda anunció la impugnación de la resolución.
El jurista dijo que con el fallo, al menos terminó la “tortura física y el circo político” que fue el juicio contra Áñez llevado de manera irregular en el ámbito ordinario, siendo que se trata de una expresidenta.
