Debido a la baja ejecución presupuestaria, la gobernación de Santa Cruz tiene más de Bs 450 millones de saldo en caja y bancos, denunció el presidente de la Comisión de Planificación Política Económica y Finanzas de la Cámara de Diputados, Omar Yujra.
“Es plata dormida en sus cuentas fiscales, y eso lo notamos porque no se entregan obras de impacto para la población cruceña, y estamos viendo que la mayor parte de la ejecución que tiene la Gobernación es simplemente en gasto corriente, es decir en sueldos, salarios, gastos administrativos, y no así en proyectos de inversión”, afirmó Yujra.
Esta es la clara muestra de una mala administración e ineficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos de inversión de la Gobernación, indicó, debido a que no se ejecutaron los recursos.
“Hemos visto que, con las mismas reglas, incluso con presupuestos menores, hay gobernaciones que hacen mucho más por sus regiones que Santa Cruz”, sostuvo.
Cuestionó que el gobernador Fernando Camacho, durante este año, se haya dedicado a temas políticos “buscando inestabilidad del Gobierno central”, más que de gestión que es lo que le interesa a la población cruceña.
El gobernador Camacho fue uno de los impulsores del paro cívico de 36 días, que se desarrolló desde el 22 de octubre hasta el 26 de noviembre en Santa Cruz, que derivó en hechos de violencia, enfrentamientos, saqueos en mercados y muertes en la región, además de un daño económico de $us 1.200 millones a la economía nacional.
