A marzo del presente año, el número de operadores de comercio se incrementó a 8.244 personas, las cuales se encuentran plenamente habilitadas para importar y exportar mercadería en Bolivia, informó la presidenta de la Aduana Nacional, Karina Serrudo.
“Al mes de marzo, la Aduana registró a 8.244 operadores de comercio en relación a similar periodo de 2021, cuando se logró inscribir a 3.222 personas, es decir que hay un incremento de 5.022 personas que fueron habilitadas para importar y exportar. Esto nos muestra que la economía nacional va por un camino bastante saludable”, puntualizó la autoridad en su informe trimestral (enero – marzo) 2022.
El operador de comercio exterior es toda persona natural o jurídica interviniente en los regímenes aduaneros, previstos en la Ley General de Aduanas, sin excepción alguna.
Asimismo, el importador es la persona que presenta mediante una agencia despachante de Aduana la declaración de mercancías para su despacho.
De los 8.244 operadores habilitados en el país, 7.347 son importadores, 827 exportadores, 65 transportadores internacionales terrestres de carga y los cinco restantes, pertenecen a la Agencia Despachante, Empresa de Servicio Expreso (Courier), chárter, transportador internacional aérea y de carga vía fluvial, según datos de la Aduana Nacional
