Confirmó que el arribo del lote está programado para el 23 de junio.
“Estamos saliendo de Cancillería, se trabaja desde la madrugada, para ver las reuniones que tenemos con China. Se tiene confirmada la cantidad de 1 millón de dosis de la línea Sinopharm que van a llegar a nuestro país en fecha 23 de este mes”, informó la autoridad gubernamental a los periodistas.
Sinopharm es una vacuna producida por el laboratorio del Instituto de Productos Biológicos de Beijing, China. Es un inmunizante monovalente compuesto por antígenos del virus SARS-CoV-2 inactivado. Después de su administración, induce una respuesta que estimula la producción de anticuerpos.
Hasta la fecha, el país la recibió en cinco oportunidades: el 24 de febrero, 500.000; el 30 de marzo, 200.000; el 11 de mayo, 334.400; 14 de mayo, 334.400; el 17 de mayo, 331.200 y se espera para el 23 de junio un nuevo lote de 1 millón.
