Matador Mamani es dado de baja de la Policía y abandona audiencia de proceso disciplinario

El teniente de la Policía y boxeador Franklin “Matador” Mamani fue dado de baja de la institución del verde olivo y abandonó la audiencia del proceso disciplinario, donde se lo suspendió de forma indefinida.

En enero de este año, la justicia dictó detención domiciliaria para el “Matador” Mamani, por su presunta participación en los sucesos ocurridos el 11 de noviembre de 2019, en el barrio El Pedregal de la ciudad de La Paz, donde falleció una persona por arma de fuego.

Por este caso, el 10 de septiembre de 2021 la justicia determinó enviar a la cárcel de San Pedro, al excomandante policial de la zona Sur, Javier Fuad Vaca, con detención preventiva de seis meses.

El excomandante fue imputado por una presunta complicidad en la muerte de personas por disparos de armas de fuego durante los conflictos de 2019.

«Evidentemente estoy siguiendo varios procesos, disciplinarios, ordinarios, que en este caso fue un proceso disciplinario, estando mi persona con una suspensión indefinida, el Ministro de Gobierno utilizando el poder que tiene ahora, me inicia este proceso, ¿por qué?, por decir sus verdades”, dijo Mamani a su salida de la audiencia.
