La Coordinadora Nacional Comunitaria de los Consejos de Pueblos Originarios de Bolivia, que aglutina a 12 consejos de educativos de pueblos indígenas del Estado Plurinacional, emitió un pronunciamiento de rechazo a las movilizaciones del magisterio urbano, en el que exhortan a deponer “intereses políticos” particulares.
“La Coordinadora Nacional de Consejos Educativos de Pueblos Originarios de Bolivia – CNC-CEPOs, ponemos de manifiesto nuestro profundo rechazo a las movilizaciones intransigentes del sector del magisterio que no hace sino perjudicar a nuestras hijas e hijos”, dice el pronunciamiento, emitido este fin de semana, luego de que el magisterio urbano anunciara la radicalización de sus movilizaciones y el paro de 24 horas para el próximo 18 de marzo.
Los CEPOs afirman que “las deudas históricas generadas en el sector del magisterio no pueden ser atendidas en una sola gestión” y que los 3.300 ítems asignados por el Ministerio de Educación, deben ser considerados como una conquista histórica, tomando en cuenta que en las últimas gestiones no se dio similar asignación, menos durante la dictadura de 2020, cuando no se asignó ni un solo ítem.
“Llama la atención que no se pronunciaron con la misma intransigencia en la gestión de Jeanine Áñez, y lo hacen justo ahora, cuando intentamos normalizar las actividades educativas presenciales y semipresenciales post pandemia, cuando intentamos recuperar el tiempo perdido”, señala el documento firmado por los doce consejos educativos.
Lamentan que, al radicalizar sus medidas de presión, el sector del magisterio no hace otra cosa que profundizar los perjuicios en el aprendizaje de sus hijas e hijos; por lo que piden a la dirigencia movilizada “el pronto retorno a la normalización de las actividades educativas”.
