El presidente del Estado, Luis Arce, inauguró este lunes, en la ciudad de Santa Cruz, el II Congreso Ordinario de la Confederación Sindical de Trabajadores Gremiales, Comerciantes Minoristas, Vivanderos y por cuenta propia de Bolivia.
“Hermanas y hermanos, (estamos) todos presentes para poder, en este congreso, fortalecer a la organización matriz, a nuestra confederación de gremiales. Venimos con todo el mejor ánimo”, expresó el mandatario.
