El Tribunal Electoral Departamental de Potosí habilitó 733 actas para el municipio, las que fueron llenadas el domingo 7 de marzo, día de la elección de autoridades políticas departamentales, regionales y municipales.
Asimismo, 151.910 ciudadanos fueron habilitados y 131.949 emitieron su voto. Del total de sufragios, 14.722 fueron nulos; 2.962, blancos; y 114.265, válidos.
Según el cómputo oficial de actas, en el municipio de Potosí se tuvo una participación del 86,86% durante la jornada electoral del domingo 7 de marzo.
