Familiares de fallecidos, heridos y perseguidos políticos del régimen de Jeanine Áñez anunciaron para este lunes, a la conclusión del juicio denominado Golpe de Estado II, vigilias ciudadanas en la ciudad de La Paz.
Una de ellas se instalará en las puertas del penal de Miraflores, donde guarda reclusión la exsenadora Jeanine Áñez.
También se prevé concentraciones en la Corte Departamental Justicia y en la iglesia de San Francisco de la ciudad de El Alto, vecina del barrio Senkata.
El 15 de noviembre de 2019, a tres días de autoproclamarse presidenta, en el desarrollo de intervenciones militares para aplastar protestas ciudadanas, murieron 11 civiles en Sacaba y otros 120 resultaron heridos.
El 19 de noviembre, en Senkata, El Alto, otros 11 civiles fallecieron y 78 resultaron heridos. La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos calificó ambos acontecimientos como masacres.
El caso Golpe de Estado II se refiere a las acciones que la exsenadora tomó cuando era segunda vicepresidenta del Senado para asumir en 2019 la presidencia del Estado de forma inconstitucional.
Janto a Áñez también fueron imputados el exalto mando de las Fuerzas Armadas y el estado mayor de la Policía.
El juicio ordinario por el caso Golpe de Estado II, no estará libre de tensiones sociales ni políticas, señaló en su momento el exrepresentante del Alto Comisionado de la Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU) para los Derechos Humanos en Bolivia, Denis Racicot.
El Tribunal de Sentencia Primero de La Paz tiene previsto instalar este lunes a las 14.00 la última audiencia del juicio ordinario para escuchar los alegatos de las partes para luego dictar sentencia.
En opinión de Racicot, el ámbito ordinario del juicio es “correcto”.
“Desde el punto de vista jurídico, es correcta la jurisdicción ordinaria, porque son los momentos previos a la finalización del Golpe de Estado”, cuando Jeanine Añez se autoproclamó presidenta del país “sin respetar las reglas, la Constitución, y el procedimiento de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional”, señaló el Alto Comisionado en abril pasado.
La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, el Grupo Interdisciplinarito de Expertos Independientes, la Oficina del Alto Comisionado, el Comité para la Prevención de la Tortura, el relator especial para la independencia judicial, instituciones de la Organización de Estados Americanos y de la ONU, afirmaron en su momento que “urge la justicia para las víctimas de las masacres, de las violaciones de los derechos humanos”.
