La Paz, 20 de diciembre (ANF).- La fiscalía departamental de Cochabamba investiga un presunto caso de feminicidio registrado en la comunidad de El Carmen de la Nueva Esperanza del Territorio Indígena del Parque Nacional Isiboro Securé (TIPNIS).
La víctima es una mujer de 53 años de edad identificada como Petrona C.M. y el principal sospechoso es su concubino Abelino R.N. de 50 años quien fue aprehendido y puesto a disposición del Ministerio Público.
“La comunidad se encuentra en el TIPNIS a ocho horas del municipio de Villa Tunari, se debe ir por tierra y por embarcación, por ello una comisión interinstitucional conformada por el Instituto de Investigaciones Forenses (IDIF), el Ministerio Público y la policía iremos hasta el lugar para realizar la necropsia al cuerpo de la víctima”, dijo el fiscal de materia, Richar Peredo, de acuerdo a una nota de prensa.
Según los antecedentes, el 21 de noviembre del 2020 una de las hijas mayores de la víctima encontró el cuerpo de su madre con aparentes signos de violencia en su domicilio ubicado en la comunidad El Carmen de la Nueva Esperanza. Varias horas después llegó al lugar del hecho Abelino R.N., concubino de la víctima, y se encontró con su hijastra y el corregidor de la comunidad a quienes les dijo que su pareja solo dormía.
De acuerdo a las investigaciones, una de las hijas menores de la mujer presenció el hecho y Abelino R.N. la llevó a otra comunidad para comprarle galletas en un intento de encubrir el crimen.
