La Alcaldía de Tarija prohibió la realización de campañas políticas y estableció una serie de multas en caso de que las organizaciones incurrieran en la aglomeración de personas que van desde Bs 16.000 hasta Bs 35.000.
La disposición se encuentra contemplada en el Decreto Municipal 01/2021, aprobado este lunes, y que tiene como objetivo contener y evitar nuevos contagios por la pandemia del coronavirus en la segunda ola, reportó el periodista Mario Fernández de la red ERBOL.
El alcalde de Tarija, Alfonso Lema, detalló que por el uso de espacios privados, las agrupaciones políticas deberán cancelar Bs 16.000. En el caso de las campañas que aglomeren a más de 150 personas, la multa será de Bs 23.000, mientras que en el caso del uso de plazas y parques y áreas deportivas la multa será de Bs 35.000.
“La Dirección de Ingresos de la comuna será la instancia competente para efectivizar el cobro de las multas antes citadas, previo informe emitido por la Guardia Municipal”, señala parte del artículo 5 del mencionado decreto.
No habrá Carnaval 2021
En la norma hace mención a la suspensión de todas las actividades del Carnaval Chapaco 2021 ya que representa aglomeración de personas como el Anuncio del Carnaval Chapaco, Elección de la Reina tanto del área urbana como rural, Jueves de Compadres , Jueves de Comadres, Festival de Disfraces, entre otros.
La Secretaria Municipal de Turismo y Cultura procederá a la realización de alguna actividad carnavalera pero de manera virtual a través de distintas plataformas digitales.
En el caso de las actividades religiosas, culturales, deportivas será el Comité de Operaciones de Emergencia Departamental (COEM) la instancia que se encargue de autorizar su realización.
