El intendente Antonio Ferrufino recordó a la población quillacolleña que la venta de carnes frías sin registro, los juegos pirotécnicos y el encendido de fogatas están prohibidos.
Con el objetivo de resguardar la salud pública en el marco de la celebración de la fiesta de San Juan, la Intendencia Municipal de Quillacollo realizó un operativo de control a embutidoras para verificar las condiciones de producción e inocuidad.
La intervención se realizó a dos embutidoras que fueron notificadas por algunas observaciones. El estado y cadena de frío de los productos cárnicos, la fecha de vencimiento y registro sanitario de los aditivos y alimentos con los que se elaboran los embutidos fueron revisados.
De igual forma, el control se trasladó al mercado, donde se comercializan los embutidos, mismos que deben contar con registro sanitario para garantizar un consumo seguro, evitando así la adquisición de productos de dudosa procedencia.
